Sänningstjärns BK's Mito Troyanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konrad Resel in the 21st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olof Wallin got free with Damazy Kensicki in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thunderstorm Riders's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Martin Tudoran in the 30th minute. Nils-Åke Kinnman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damazy Kensicki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute Rickard Axelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damazy Kensicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Sänningstjärns BK getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Otto Ahlbeck hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, Nils-Åke Kinnman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sänningstjärns BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Antoni Waselewicz hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Thunderstorm Riders's zone, Nils-Åke Kinnman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damazy Kensicki came out of the goal and Nils-Åke Kinnman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Damazy Kensicki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Åke Kinnman in the 59th minute of the match. In the 65th match minute, Thunderstorm Riders was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witold Glapiak to maneuver through the defense. Rickard Axelsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damazy Kensicki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Mito Troyanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiliam dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute Thunderstorm Riders were awarded a corner. Martin Tudoran went to the cornerflag to take it. Konrad Resel made a great header on Thunderstorm Riders's corner, it was just that Sänningstjärns BK's Mito Troyanov managed to reach the ball for a save. Damazy Kensicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Åke Kinnman in the 77th minute of play. Sänningstjärns BK's Mito Troyanov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Sänningstjärns BK from getting a goal against them.
