After a rather tough play, ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s Edward Kaczor got a free kick in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boruc Radzyminski in the 5th minute of play forced ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s goalkeeper Roberto Layton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ghostbusters CF's Lauro Mangueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augustin Amurăriței in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Augustin Amurăriței cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Lauro Mangueira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 19th minute of the game Adrian Barbonța made a throw-in which Stelian Encuțu played forward. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s goalkeeper Roberto Layton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 26th minute Ghostbusters CF were awarded a corner. Pompiliu Crainic went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ghostbusters CF's corner Boruc Radzyminski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Roberto Layton quite easily take care of the ball. Lauro Mangueira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augustin Amurăriței went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Augustin Amurăriței blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lauro Mangueira having to make a save. Lauro Mangueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustin Amurăriței, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Roberto Layton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radu Trică in the 33rd minute of the match. Augustin Amurăriței's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lauro Mangueira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Augustin Amurăriței ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lauro Mangueira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Lauro Mangueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Amurăriței in the 44th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lorenzo Garin made a kick off. Roberto Layton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boruc Radzyminski, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 57 minutes of play, Ghostbusters CF's Radu Trică made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roberto Layton was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 61st minute, Augustin Amurăriței ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lauro Mangueira was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s Jamar Eldridge was substituted for Alan Petersen. ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s Roberto Layton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boruc Radzyminski in the 66th minute of play. Lauro Mangueira was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Randall Burton capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Randall Burton really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Randall Burton might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lauro Mangueira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Randall Burton ran back to his position shaking his head. Lauro Mangueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Randall Burton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lauro Mangueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Randall Burton, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boruc Radzyminski in the 80th minute of play forced ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s goalkeeper Roberto Layton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
