Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Andrea Pavel got the match started through his kick off. Purcaresti CSS's Ferdinand Horhoianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costin Teofil in the 3rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Cezar Novăceanu put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Radu Neculce. Radu Neculce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugen Tiberiu in the 11th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Ionuț Gane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radu Neculce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Purcaresti CSS's Ferdinand Horhoianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costin Teofil in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Ghostbusters CF booed when Purcaresti CSS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugen Tiberiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Costin Teofil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ferdinand Horhoianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferdinand Horhoianu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrea Pavel in the 23rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Andrea Pavel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ferdinand Horhoianu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Radu Neculce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezar Novăceanu in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Cezar Novăceanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Radu Neculce was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. With his leg Ferdinand Horhoianu managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Ghostbusters CF's Andrea Pavel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Andrea Pavel had several of the Purcaresti CSS's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 43 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Ferdinand Horhoianu as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cezar Novăceanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robert Stafie during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Purcaresti CSS's Robert Stafie got a free kick in the 51st minute. Ferdinand Horhoianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costin Teofil in the 57th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Purcaresti CSS's Robert Stafie slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Radu Neculce. That made the score 2-3 after 60 minutes of play. Pompiliu Chiper kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. When Ionuț Gane came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Purcaresti CSS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ionuț Gane couldn't finish the play. Ferdinand Horhoianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costin Teofil in the 70th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Purcaresti CSS's goal looked a bit too open when Andrea Pavel came free, but Ferdinand Horhoianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 79 played minutes Ghostbusters CF got a freekick which was hit by Moise Nanu. Horaţiu Vintilă kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrea Pavel in the 96th minute of play forced Purcaresti CSS's goalkeeper Ferdinand Horhoianu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
