Frank Frankfurter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrei Vasiliu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronnie Odell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the game, William Rigg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stefan Cullen. William Rigg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. William Rigg might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stefan Cullen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. William Rigg ran back to his position shaking his head. Stefan Cullen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Rigg in the 32nd minute of play. The throw-in from Cornelius Ritchie in the 35th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by England's Tyler Scargill. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

William Rigg scored 4-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stefan Cullen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Osfinch FC's Stefan Cullen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Rigg in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Rigg in the 64th minute of play forced Osfinch FC's goalkeeper Stefan Cullen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Osfinch FC's Stefan Cullen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Rigg in the 66th minute of play. The audience was convinced that William Rigg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stefan Cullen was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Osfinch FC defense, Frank McLintock kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Cullen. The Osfinch FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Cullen should have stopped the shot. England were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
