Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Elliot Nordgren made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, FC Kurdistan's Paul Falkrans got a free kick in the 3rd minute. David Harrison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elliot Nordgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 13 minutes into the match, FC Kurdistan's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Evans came free, but Gottfrid Hedström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the J.K. Rowling Potters defense, Recep Guftar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Harrison. The J.K. Rowling Potters fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Harrison should have stopped the shot. Recep Guftar took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Harrison. David Harrison dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when John Sweeney got free with Gottfrid Hedström in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Recep Guftar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 31st match minute, FC Kurdistan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tevfik Hunalp to maneuver through the defense. John Sweeney might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gottfrid Hedström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. John Sweeney ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 32nd minute of the match, John Sweeney tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gottfrid Hedström saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 34 minutes into the match, J.K. Rowling Potters's John Sweeney sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gottfrid Hedström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when John Sweeney got free with Gottfrid Hedström in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to J.K. Rowling Potters getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. John Wadsworth hit a great ball. David Harrison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Recep Guftar in the 47th minute of the match. A collision led to FC Kurdistan getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Keefer Carragher hit a great ball. After the first half FC Kurdistan were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Gottfrid Hedström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Sweeney in the 51st minute of play. Gottfrid Hedström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Sweeney, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Sweeney in the 53rd minute of play forced FC Kurdistan's goalkeeper Gottfrid Hedström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Harrison made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iwan Kasiewski in the 54th minute. Gottfrid Hedström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Graham Lancaster in the 56th minute of the match. Gottfrid Hedström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Sweeney, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, John Sweeney put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Gottfrid Hedström. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling John Sweeney in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gottfrid Hedström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. J.K. Rowling Potters's Oliver Devane was substituted for Graham Lancaster. John Sweeney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FC Kurdistan made a substitution. Sten Hydén replaced Paul Falkrans. In the 74th minute, John Sweeney left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The J.K. Rowling Potters fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Gottfrid Hedström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Sweeney in the 79th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers John Sweeney in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gottfrid Hedström saved FC Kurdistan from getting behind. 86 minutes into the game, J.K. Rowling Potters's Glenn Urquhart nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gottfrid Hedström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. David Harrison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwan Kasiewski in the 93rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. J.K. Rowling Potters had won after a very even match.
