The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Morgan Åkesson to strike the kick off in the second half. FCF north's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Kurdistan the free kick. After 94 played minutes FCF north got a freekick which was hit by Arne Wijk. Eddie Andreasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Oldenborger having to interfere. Cihan Kisačević hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the FCF north players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Kurdistan.
