Witomir Gajewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Palmer having to interfere. Rod Williamson hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Witomir Gajewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Philip Palmer made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Witomir Gajewski put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Philip Palmer. When Baboszewo's Witomir Gajewski in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sojourner Truth Pioneers's goalie prevented a goal. Philip Palmer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Witomir Gajewski's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Witomir Gajewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baboszewo's supporters rose to their feet, but Witomir Gajewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Philip Palmer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 19 played minutes Baboszewo got a freekick which was hit by Kazimierz Terasek. Philip Palmer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Witomir Gajewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Philip Palmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witomir Gajewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Witomir Gajewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. William Greig hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Rod Williamson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wincent Kasprzykowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rod Williamson in the 37th minute of play forced Baboszewo's goalkeeper Wincent Kasprzykowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Philip Palmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witomir Gajewski in the 39th minute of the match. William Greig hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Rod Williamson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wincent Kasprzykowski was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Witomir Gajewski was the one to do the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, Baboszewo's Barnaba Ciupierdo made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Philip Palmer was left in no man's land by his defense there! Philip Palmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witomir Gajewski in the 57th minute of the match. 58 minutes in the game, William Rennie fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Wincent Kasprzykowski having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rod Williamson during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rod Williamson in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wincent Kasprzykowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Albert Shaw hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Witomir Gajewski missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 77 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Philip Palmer right hand side. When Paul Hawkes fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sojourner Truth Pioneers's protests and gave Paul Hawkes a yellow card for diving instead. Paul Hawkes hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Baboszewo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sojourner Truth Pioneers had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
