Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eugeniusz Majewski started the match with the kick off. Boreham Wood FC's Wlodzimierz Kilarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rod Williamson in the 2nd minute of play. After having played for 6 minutes, Tytus Falk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boreham Wood FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tytus Falk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 8 minutes into the match, Tytus Juroszek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Philip Palmer. Sojourner Truth Pioneers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tytus Juroszek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Rod Williamson might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wlodzimierz Kilarski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rod Williamson ran back to his position shaking his head. Wlodzimierz Kilarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rod Williamson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sojourner Truth Pioneers's Philip Palmer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Sojourner Truth Pioneers from getting a goal against them. Wlodzimierz Kilarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rod Williamson in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Boreham Wood FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rod Williamson came free, but Wlodzimierz Kilarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Philip Palmer managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Boreham Wood FC's Eugeniusz Majewski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 33rd play minutes Eugeniusz Majewski shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Philip Palmer and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 45th minute, Boreham Wood FC's Ziemowit Kajdasz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rod Williamson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tytus Juroszek's late challenge caught a Sojourner Truth Pioneers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tytus Juroszek helped the player get up and apologised. Waclaw Jastrowicz made in the 53rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Teobald Bronkala however managed to control. 59 minutes into the match, Boreham Wood FC's goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Kilarski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rod Williamson. In the 62nd minute, Albert Shaw hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boreham Wood FC's Wlodzimierz Kilarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Rennie in the 66th minute of play. When Waclaw Jastrowicz fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boreham Wood FC's protests and gave Waclaw Jastrowicz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Boreham Wood FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Waclaw Jastrowicz hit a great ball. Sojourner Truth Pioneers's Philip Palmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Sitko in the 74th minute of play. After 76 minutes, Franciszek Serwach mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boreham Wood FC and the Sojourner Truth Pioneers players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th minute, Franciszek Serwach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Sojourner Truth Pioneers booed when Boreham Wood FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tytus Juroszek didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Rod Williamson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Boreham Wood FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sojourner Truth Pioneers had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
