The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Allan Källberg kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 9th match minute, Bluehills Rovers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Putte Gullesson to maneuver through the defense. After 11 played minutes Susan B. Anthony Braves got a freekick which was hit by At Cooney. William Trimm kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Henrik Biörnberg's late challenge caught a Susan B. Anthony Braves's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henrik Biörnberg helped the player get up and apologised. Tim Wall kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Henrik Biörnberg in the 32nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Susan B. Anthony Braves's William Trimm. After a rather tough play, Bluehills Rovers's Ingvar Olenberg got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The supporters of Bluehills Rovers booed when Susan B. Anthony Braves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. At Cooney didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Allan Källberg was the one to do the kick off. Gerald Newson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allan Källberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ingvar Olenberg hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Norman Andrews hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Bluehills Rovers booed when Susan B. Anthony Braves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norman Andrews didn't get a good kick on the ball. Putte Gullesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 69 played minutes Susan B. Anthony Braves got a freekick which was hit by Sajjad Karim. Henrik Biörnberg made in the 71st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Allan Källberg immediately put the ball in play. After 77 played minutes Bluehills Rovers got a freekick which was hit by Putte Gullesson. Susan B. Anthony Braves's William Trimm couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 77th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Bluehills Rovers. In the 85th minute, Henrik Biörnberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Putte Gullesson's late challenge caught a Susan B. Anthony Braves's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Putte Gullesson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 88th minute, Putte Gullesson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. William Trimm struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Sonny Bäckström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Susan B. Anthony Braves. After a defensive mix-up in Susan B. Anthony Braves's zone, Allan Källberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerald Newson came out of the goal and Allan Källberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sonny Bäckström was a little too slow when Paul Jones got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-1. Susan B. Anthony Braves's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
