After some careless play in the Margaret Atwood Impact defense, Dante Pabla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christopher Love. The Margaret Atwood Impact fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christopher Love should have stopped the shot. 9 minutes into the match, Jim Mitchell notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Los Magios's Severiano Bernat. Severiano Bernat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 12 minutes into the game, Michael Dalton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Severiano Bernat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 16th minute Jim Mitchell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severiano Bernat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Jim Mitchell notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Los Magios's Severiano Bernat. Severiano Bernat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Margaret Atwood Impact's Mathew Gunter got a free kick in the 19th minute. Severiano Bernat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Dalton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Jim Mitchell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Margaret Atwood Impact fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Los Magios's Severiano Bernat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jim Mitchell in the 34th minute of play. Christopher Love showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Pabla in the 37th minute of the match. Jim Mitchell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Bernat having to interfere. Tomas Terciero kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Alfonso Lon kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. 48 minutes into the match, Margaret Atwood Impact's Jim Mitchell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Severiano Bernat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dirk Bos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jim Mitchell had several of the Los Magios's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 53 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-6 score and a disappointed Severiano Bernat as he didn't even see the shot coming. Michael Dalton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Severiano Bernat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jim Mitchell went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. Severiano Bernat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Dalton, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Margaret Atwood Impact's Christopher Love played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Pabla in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Michael Dalton dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Severiano Bernat, 1-8. Los Magios made a substitution. Roberto Isidor replaced Dante Pabla. Christopher Love took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dirk Bos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Los Magios's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Michael Dalton fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 76th minute Michael Dalton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severiano Bernat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Margaret Atwood Impact's Christopher Love played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Isidor in the 78th minute of play. Roberto Isidor took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christopher Love. Christopher Love dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-8. Thanks to some nice moves Jim Mitchell could shoot a difficult shot in the 84th minute, which Severiano Bernat however easily saved by the left post. In the 92nd minute, Dirk Bos made a precise shot to the right of Christopher Love. Margaret Atwood Impact's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-8. When the final whistle sounded Margaret Atwood Impact left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Los Magios.
