Alfredo Sosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredo Sosa in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Philip Palmer saved Sojourner Truth Pioneers from getting behind. A nice corner shot did that Juan Martines got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Philip Palmer quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Elias Arnedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rod Williamson, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. With a little luck, Sojourner Truth Pioneers's Philip Palmer got control of the ball when Alfredo Sosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Philip Palmer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredo Sosa in the 20th minute. Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's Elias Arnedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rod Williamson in the 22nd minute of play. Alfredo Sosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Philip Palmer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredo Sosa in the 25th minute. After 27 played minutes Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre got a freekick which was hit by Sandro Viking. 31 minutes into the game, Sojourner Truth Pioneers's Rod Williamson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elias Arnedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Alfredo Sosa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 38th playminute. 41 minutes into the match, Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's goal looked a bit too open when Rod Williamson came free, but Elias Arnedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute Sandro Viking shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philip Palmer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simon Gluck's late challenge caught a Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simon Gluck helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute, Simon Gluck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute of the match Ibarra Montenegro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Philip Palmer skillfully saved the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sandro Viking was the one to do the kick off. If Alfredo Sosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rod Williamson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Alfredo Sosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Alfredo Sosa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Philip Palmer having to make a save. Philip Palmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Sosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute Alfredo Sosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philip Palmer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Alfredo Sosa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Philip Palmer was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. In the 76th minute, Albert Shaw hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sojourner Truth Pioneers had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
