Magyares United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wangari Maathai Forest the free kick. After a rather tough play, Magyares United's Reynaldo Dei got a free kick in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Magyares United's goal looked a bit too open when Mark Horton came free, but Marcos Nofre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wayne Longman succeeded in the game's 19th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Magyares United's Marcos Nofre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Spencer Jenkins in the 22nd minute of play. David Ashton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cleto Olivar in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Horton in the 32nd minute of play forced Magyares United's goalkeeper Marcos Nofre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Magyares United's Reynaldo Dei got a free kick in the 32nd minute. A throw-in in the 35th minute of the game was made by Fabricio Birjaio with Reynaldo Dei as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 37th minute, Gaston Dalmau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Reynaldo Dei hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, Spencer Jenkins ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Nofre was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Marcos Nofre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mark Horton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Mark Horton made the kick off in the second half. Wangari Maathai Forest's David Ashton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernabe Cresconio in the 53rd minute of play. After taking down the ball on Magyares United's corner Bernabe Cresconio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and David Ashton quite easily take care of the ball. David Ashton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Olivar in the 56th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gaston Dalmau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Ashton was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. After 60 played minutes Wangari Maathai Forest got a freekick which was hit by Roy Smith. Magyares United's Marcos Nofre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Taylor in the 62nd minute of play. David Ashton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Dalmau in the 70th minute of play. The supporters of Wangari Maathai Forest booed when Magyares United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquilino Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mark Horton had several of the Magyares United's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 73 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Marcos Nofre as he didn't even see the shot coming. Magyares United's Marcos Nofre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Magyares United from getting a goal against them. Wangari Maathai Forest's David Ashton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Olivar in the 77th minute of play. David Ashton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleto Olivar, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaston Dalmau in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Ashton saved Wangari Maathai Forest from getting behind. Magyares United's Marcos Nofre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Magyares United from getting a goal against them. David Ashton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Olivar in the 88th minute of the match. David Ashton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Dalmau, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
