Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when 巩洋岚 took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the match, Margaret Atwood Impact's goal looked a bit too open when 巩洋岚 came free, but Christopher Love reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 4th minute, Michael Dalton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Margaret Atwood Impact fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 鲁耀诚 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jim Mitchell went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Michael Dalton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. 鲁耀诚 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Dalton in the 20th minute of play forced ☆冰谷☆曼彻斯特联队's goalkeeper 鲁耀诚 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 minutes ☆冰谷☆曼彻斯特联队's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jim Mitchell who took care of the corner kick. 鲁耀诚 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Mitchell in the 23rd minute of play. Michael Dalton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Mathew Gunter came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Margaret Atwood Impact fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mathew Gunter couldn't finish the play. Margaret Atwood Impact's Christopher Love played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 石迪延 in the 31st minute of play. After having played for 33 minutes, Michael Dalton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Margaret Atwood Impact's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michael Dalton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 38th minute, 巩洋岚 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christopher Love was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 42nd match minute, Margaret Atwood Impact was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timothy Watson to maneuver through the defense. Richard Shaw kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, 巩洋岚 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Jim Mitchell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Jim Mitchell took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for 鲁耀诚 to make any attempt to save it. Michael Dalton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 鲁耀诚 having to make a save. In the 61st match minute, ☆冰谷☆曼彻斯特联队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 邱海政 to maneuver through the defense. ☆冰谷☆曼彻斯特联队's 鲁耀诚 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save ☆冰谷☆曼彻斯特联队 from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, ☆冰谷☆曼彻斯特联队's 鲁耀诚 got control of the ball when Jim Mitchell tried to sneak it across the goal line. 鲁耀诚 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jim Mitchell in the 78th minute. If Mathew Gunter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Margaret Atwood Impact's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
