Sojourner Truth Pioneers's Paul Arnold managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Robustiano Felo in the 8 minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Rod Williamson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marian Cazacu was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Rod Williamson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 19 played minutes Patagonicos FC got a freekick which was hit by Robustiano Felo. Rod Williamson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marian Cazacu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Sojourner Truth Pioneers's Rod Williamson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marian Cazacu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Leonel Sendoa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. William Greig kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Patagonicos FC's Diego Idacio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 38th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sojourner Truth Pioneers. In the 42nd minute, Rod Williamson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robustiano Felo's late challenge caught a Sojourner Truth Pioneers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robustiano Felo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute, Robustiano Felo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Naldo Cerezo made a kick off. The supporters of Sojourner Truth Pioneers booed when Patagonicos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Felo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 57 played minutes Patagonicos FC got a freekick which was hit by Robustiano Felo. Marian Cazacu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Rennie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Patagonicos FC's Marian Cazacu got control of the ball when Rod Williamson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 65 minutes, Leon Txilar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Patagonicos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Txilar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Patagonicos FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Marcial Balesio hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Leonel Sendoa notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Sojourner Truth Pioneers's Philip Palmer. Philip Palmer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Patagonicos FC's Gerke Krupp got a free kick in the 79th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Sojourner Truth Pioneers's goal looked a bit too open when Naldo Cerezo came free, but Philip Palmer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Philip Palmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naldo Cerezo in the 85th minute of the match. The supporters of Patagonicos FC booed when Sojourner Truth Pioneers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Rennie didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th match minute, Sojourner Truth Pioneers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William Rennie to maneuver through the defense. When Candido Iaki came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Patagonicos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Candido Iaki couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute, Cipriano Ledesma made a precise shot to the right of Philip Palmer. Sojourner Truth Pioneers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Patagonicos FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sojourner Truth Pioneers for a fine match.
