Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Batu Koralp made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sojourner Truth Pioneers's zone, Batu Koralp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philip Palmer came out of the goal and Batu Koralp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 5 played minutes KaR United FC got a freekick which was hit by Ünal Levent. In the 5th minute of the match Rod Williamson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Severino Gonza skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Sojourner Truth Pioneers getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Simon Gluck hit a great ball. Rod Williamson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciccio Celli got free with Philip Palmer in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the KaR United FC defense, Rod Williamson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severino Gonza. The KaR United FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severino Gonza should have stopped the shot. In the 18th minute of the match KaR United FC got a corner. Sojourner Truth Pioneers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ciccio Celli ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Adil Lièvre managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Atalan Cuma hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. KaR United FC's Severino Gonza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rod Williamson in the 22nd minute of play. If Sancar Usman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rod Williamson in the 24th minute of play forced KaR United FC's goalkeeper Severino Gonza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Philip Palmer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Batu Koralp went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Rennie in the 30th minute of play forced KaR United FC's goalkeeper Severino Gonza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 played minutes KaR United FC got a freekick which was hit by Ünal Levent. In the 31st minute of the match Rod Williamson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Severino Gonza showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Turgut Tunçkol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Palmer having to interfere. Severino Gonza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Rennie in the 35th minute of play. Rod Williamson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Nafiz Erçivan kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, Ahmet Nafiz Erçivan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KaR United FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sojourner Truth Pioneers the free kick. After 43 played minutes KaR United FC got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Nafiz Erçivan. Rod Williamson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rod Williamson to make the kick off. Steven Wright hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the KaR United FC defense, Rod Williamson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severino Gonza. The KaR United FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severino Gonza should have stopped the shot. Philip Palmer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batu Koralp, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rod Williamson got free with Severino Gonza in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Severino Gonza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rod Williamson in the 82nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Batu Koralp in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Philip Palmer saved Sojourner Truth Pioneers from getting behind. Turgut Tunçkol charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Turgut Tunçkol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 85th match minute, KaR United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Turgut Tunçkol to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Sojourner Truth Pioneers's William Greig got a free kick in the 88th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Rod Williamson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sojourner Truth Pioneers's supporters rose to their feet, but Rod Williamson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severino Gonza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Sojourner Truth Pioneers eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
