The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Kahl during the 2nd minute. In the 3rd minute of the match Dacian Tremurici sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ulrich Jakobsen skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcu Agachi in the 6th minute of play forced Stevnstrup's goalkeeper Ulrich Jakobsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 8 minutes, Marcu Agachi made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Stevnstrup's Ulrich Jakobsen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jari Fallesen charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jari Fallesen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 12 played minutes Stevnstrup got a freekick which was hit by Jari Fallesen. In the 13th minute of the match Aurelian Lupulescu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ulrich Jakobsen skillfully saved the ball. Ulrich Jakobsen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcu Agachi's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. When C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Marcu Agachi in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ulrich Jakobsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcu Agachi in the 22nd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's goalkeeper Ilie Oprea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marthin Clementsen. If Tristan Geneser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulrich Jakobsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tudor Apostolescu in the 36th minute of play. After 41 minutes, Marcu Agachi made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Stevnstrup's Ulrich Jakobsen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Marcu Agachi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Ulrich Jakobsen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Eddy Pleen kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. When C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Marcu Agachi in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ulrich Jakobsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C Ａ R D I N Ａ L. Ulrich Jakobsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Steriopol in the 76th minute of play. With his leg Ulrich Jakobsen managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Marcu Agachi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marcu Agachi let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 78th minute shot 0-3 at rihgt post. A collision led to C Ａ R D I N Ａ L getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Tiberiu Buricea hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Marcu Agachi could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Ulrich Jakobsen however easily saved by the left post. Nick Burvil charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nick Burvil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Stevnstrup fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! After having played for 95 minutes, Dacian Tremurici managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dacian Tremurici was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The C Ａ R D I N Ａ L players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
