An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Dalton in the 4th minute of play forced Rosenhøj Boldklub's goalkeeper Kai Hammerslev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee ignored Rosenhøj Boldklub's protests and gave Christopher Heltø a yellow card for diving instead. 20 minutes into the game, one of Rosenhøj Boldklub:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Rosenhøj Boldklub:s Kai Hammerslev showed great skill when he stopped Jim Mitchell:s penalty. Michael Dalton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kai Hammerslev having to interfere. Rosenhøj Boldklub's Kai Hammerslev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jim Mitchell in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathew Gunter in the 27th minute of play forced Rosenhøj Boldklub's goalkeeper Kai Hammerslev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute of the match Margaret Atwood Impact got a corner. Rosenhøj Boldklub's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jim Mitchell ran over to the corner to take the kick. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Christopher Love, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Michael Dalton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kai Hammerslev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Margaret Atwood Impact's goal looked a bit too open when Aslak Schjær came free, but Christopher Love reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Margaret Atwood Impact's Jim Mitchell got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rosenhøj Boldklub made a substitution. Johan Ostersen replaced Samuel Weltz. After a rather tough play, Margaret Atwood Impact's Paul Burgess got a free kick in the 76th minute. Rosenhøj Boldklub's Kai Hammerslev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jim Mitchell in the 87th minute of play. Mathew Gunter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rosenhøj Boldklub's Aksel Noy was substituted for Stefan Wahl. Rosenhøj Boldklub's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
