Ricardo Hendrickx was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, The Wolfpack™'s Abraham van Goetsenhoven got a free kick in the 14th minute. Ciriaco Cordarrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Wolfpack™'s goalkeeper Ricardo Hendrickx, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in SAN LORENZO FC's zone, Abraham van Goetsenhoven stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Ferman came out of the goal and Abraham van Goetsenhoven tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute, Michael Wollans left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Wolfpack™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Octavio Gonza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Hendrickx having to interfere. Costin Alucai received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julio Ferman came out and tried to block the shot, but Costin Alucai slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 28th minute. Costin Alucai's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Julio Ferman firmly grabbed it by the left post. Julio Ferman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Wollans, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 32nd minute Michael Wollans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Ferman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Costin Alucai's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Ferman was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. With a little luck, SAN LORENZO FC's Julio Ferman got control of the ball when Jeremey Rompen tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

SAN LORENZO FC's Pablo Michelini was substituted for Carlos Netto. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristian Txindoki was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, The Wolfpack™'s Siro Ayala got a free kick in the 54th minute. Jeremey Rompen's late challenge caught a SAN LORENZO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeremey Rompen helped the player get up and apologised. Jeremey Rompen kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Ricardo Hendrickx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Iago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, SAN LORENZO FC's Justino Iago got a free kick in the 70th minute. Costin Alucai kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After 83 minutes, Justino Iago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SAN LORENZO FC and the The Wolfpack™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 83rd match minute, SAN LORENZO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Iago to maneuver through the defense. Jeremey Rompen got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Jeremey Rompen kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Ferman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 98 minutes, Costin Alucai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Wolfpack™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Costin Alucai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
