Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Miroslav Potocsný started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miroslav Potocsný in the 2nd minute of play forced Sojourner Truth Pioneers's goalkeeper Philip Palmer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Philip Palmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miroslav Potocsný, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Rod Williamson came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Sojourner Truth Pioneers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rod Williamson couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Rod Williamson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sojourner Truth Pioneers's supporters rose to their feet, but Rod Williamson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adriano Penha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute Javier Fonticoba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philip Palmer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rod Williamson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Rod Williamson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. William Rennie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Miroslav Potocsný scored 3-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Philip Palmer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nicholas Dalen made in the 41st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Sojourner Truth Pioneers's Albert Shaw. Peter Silvester hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. When Miroslav Potocsný came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Jumentus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miroslav Potocsný couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rod Williamson was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Sojourner Truth Pioneers's Peter Silvester got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 61st minute, Peter Silvester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute, Hélio Corrêa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jumentus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Philip Palmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miroslav Potocsný, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 78 minutes, Rod Williamson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sojourner Truth Pioneers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rod Williamson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Rod Williamson took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Adriano Penha to make any attempt to save it. Adriano Penha made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Rod Williamson sent off a good shot on target. Sojourner Truth Pioneers's Philip Palmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miroslav Potocsný in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of Jumentus booed when Sojourner Truth Pioneers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Shaw didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 94 played minutes Jumentus got a freekick which was hit by Nicholas Dalen. Jumentus's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
