Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rod Williamson started the match with the kick off. Philip Palmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Sanchez in the 4th minute of play. Felippe Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rod Williamson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, Sojourner Truth Pioneers's goalkeeper Philip Palmer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eusebio Piorno. 10 minutes into the match, El Cementerio's Anacleto Sanchez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Philip Palmer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Philip Palmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anacleto Sanchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute El Cementerio were awarded a corner. Hugo Otsando went to the cornerflag to take it. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Silvestre Urre advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-0 in the 14th minute. In the 16th match minute, El Cementerio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Otsando to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Philip Palmer successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Felippe Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rod Williamson in the 25th minute of the match. Rod Williamson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Felippe Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Sojourner Truth Pioneers defense, Silvestre Urre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Philip Palmer. The Sojourner Truth Pioneers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Philip Palmer should have stopped the shot. After 38 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for El Cementerio! 42 minutes into the match, Anacleto Sanchez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Philip Palmer, 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silvestre Urre was the one to do the kick off. Silvestre Urre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 54th minute Timoteo Fix suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 55 minutes, Peter Silvester mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sojourner Truth Pioneers and the El Cementerio players grew even worse after the yellow card. El Cementerio's Luisito Frances was substituted for Timoteo Fix. The supporters of El Cementerio booed when Sojourner Truth Pioneers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Silvester didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in El Cementerio's zone, Rod Williamson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felippe Lima came out of the goal and Rod Williamson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rod Williamson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Felippe Lima made a huge save. Felippe Lima made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rod Williamson in the 70th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Silvestre Urre notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Sojourner Truth Pioneers's Philip Palmer. Philip Palmer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The El Cementerio fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when El Cementerio's Anacleto Sanchez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 81 played minutes Sojourner Truth Pioneers got a freekick which was hit by Simon Gluck. The audience cheered when Hugo Otsando's long shot passed Philip Palmer's right side. It was 6-1, 82 minutes into the match. Philip Palmer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvestre Urre, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. If Rod Williamson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Simon Gluck fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sojourner Truth Pioneers's protests and gave Simon Gluck a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The El Cementerio fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sojourner Truth Pioneers had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
