Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Güner Taşkınay started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gerasimos Kipouros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timothy Watson, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the match, Living Dead's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Mitchell came free, but Gerasimos Kipouros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute Michael Dalton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerasimos Kipouros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Living Dead getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Dorotheos Giatrakis hit a great ball. After 15 minutes Living Dead's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jim Mitchell who took care of the corner kick. Dorotheos Giatrakis thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Gerasimos Kipouros, a very annoying self made goal in the 15th minute which led to 0-1. Living Dead's Gerasimos Kipouros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Dalton in the 19th minute of play. The corner ended in Jim Mitchell almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Living Dead's Gerasimos Kipouros did a great save. In the 21st minute Jim Mitchell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerasimos Kipouros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd match minute, Living Dead was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Güner Taşkınay to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Living Dead's Cristi Zdrobău got a free kick in the 27th minute. Michael Dalton kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Living Dead's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Mitchell came free, but Gerasimos Kipouros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Living Dead's goalkeeper Gerasimos Kipouros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Living Dead's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jim Mitchell was slow to take the kick. During this time Margaret Atwood Impact's players had a chance to rest. In the 41st minute, Jim Mitchell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Margaret Atwood Impact fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 44 played minutes Margaret Atwood Impact got a freekick which was hit by Chris Randall. 45 minutes into the match, Living Dead's Aggelos Tsaliagos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christopher Love narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jim Mitchell was the one to do the kick off. Michael Dalton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Güner Taşkınay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Christopher Love tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Margaret Atwood Impact booed when Living Dead was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristi Zdrobău didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Living Dead's Gerasimos Kipouros got control of the ball when Michael Dalton tried to sneak it across the goal line. Margaret Atwood Impact were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Living Dead's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jim Mitchell took the corner. After taking down the ball on Margaret Atwood Impact's corner Kyle Hay fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gerasimos Kipouros quite easily take care of the ball. If Mathew Gunter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jim Mitchell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Living Dead getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Themos Kebakopoulos hit a great ball. Margaret Atwood Impact's Jim Mitchell couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 66th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Living Dead. Kyriakos Koutroutsos kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Michael Dalton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Living Dead's Gerasimos Kipouros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Living Dead from getting a goal against them. Kyriakos Koutroutsos hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Jim Mitchell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gerasimos Kipouros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Timothy Watson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerasimos Kipouros having to interfere. Gerasimos Kipouros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Dalton in the 86th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Margaret Atwood Impact's zone, Arnaldo Ofelio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christopher Love came out of the goal and Arnaldo Ofelio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 88 minutes into the match, Güner Taşkınay notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Margaret Atwood Impact's Christopher Love. Christopher Love was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mathew Gunter came free with the goalkeeper in the 91st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gerasimos Kipouros could save by the left post. After 93 played minutes Living Dead got a freekick which was hit by Charilaos Kladogennis. After having played for 97 minutes, Hylton Brookes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Margaret Atwood Impact's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hylton Brookes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
