In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Living Dead's goalkeeper Gerasimos Kipouros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 32 minutes into the match, Güner Taşkınay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Philip Palmer. Sojourner Truth Pioneers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Güner Taşkınay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0.
