After a rather tough play, Margaret Atwood Impact's Mathew Gunter got a free kick in the 38th minute. Margaret Atwood Impact's Christopher Love played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İsmail Hakkı Ünalp in the 72nd minute of play. Okaner Baytugay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timothy Watson, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Maraşkent FK's Okaner Baytugay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Maraşkent FK from getting a goal against them. Jim Mitchell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Okaner Baytugay having to interfere.
