Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Karlsborg's Gunnar Hellkvist started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Joel Classon came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Karlsborg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Classon couldn't finish the play. 7 minutes into the match, Aleksotas FK's goal looked a bit too open when Gunnar Hellkvist came free, but Virginijus Taujanskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Karlsborg's Gunnar Hellkvist slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Virginijus Taujanskas. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. 11 minutes into the game, Karlsborg's Joel Classon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Virginijus Taujanskas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Jonatan Vesterberg hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Gunnar Hellkvist made a precise shot to the right of Virginijus Taujanskas. Aleksotas FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Benjaminas Krasauskas hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Karlsborg's Sonny Söderström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilius Latvėnas in the 32nd minute of play. In the 37th match minute, Aleksotas FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vaidas Varanauskas to maneuver through the defense. Aleksotas FK's Virginijus Taujanskas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Aleksotas FK from getting a goal against them. After 44 minutes of play, Karlsborg's Joel Classon made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Virginijus Taujanskas was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vilius Latvėnas to strike the kick off in the second half. Virginijus Taujanskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Hellkvist in the 50th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Gunnar Hellkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Virginijus Taujanskas. Aleksotas FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gunnar Hellkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. After having played for 59 minutes, Joel Classon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karlsborg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Classon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Joel Classon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Virginijus Taujanskas was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Virginijus Taujanskas came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Karlsborg's Joel Classon. But to his dismay, Joel Classon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Virginijus Taujanskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Classon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Gunnar Hellkvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Karlsborg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. Virginijus Taujanskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gunnar Hellkvist in the 79th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Hellkvist in the 79th minute of play forced Aleksotas FK's goalkeeper Virginijus Taujanskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gunnar Hellkvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Virginijus Taujanskas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gunnar Hellkvist ran back to his position shaking his head. The Karlsborg fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Karlsborg's Gunnar Hellkvist looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Virginijus Taujanskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Hellkvist in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Alfredas Zinkevičius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gunnar Hellkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virginijus Taujanskas having to interfere. There was no doubt that Karlsborg were the better team. Karlsborg's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
