After 36 minutes of play, VFR Stommeln's Stephan Vollmer made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Virginijus Taujanskas was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 44th match minute, Aleksotas FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daumantas Sabaitis to maneuver through the defense.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Phil Hausen got free with Virginijus Taujanskas in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 58 minutes, Phil Hausen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VFR Stommeln's supporters crossed their fingers, but Phil Hausen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Aleksotas FK's goal looked a bit too open when Phil Hausen came free, but Virginijus Taujanskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augustinas Baliutis kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 65th match minute, Aleksotas FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augustinas Baliutis to maneuver through the defense. Patrick Heimann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nedas Stulpinas, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Stephan Vollmer came free with the goalkeeper in the 79th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Virginijus Taujanskas could save by the left post. Virginijus Taujanskas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ayman Dohmen, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute.
