Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Brayden Bonnison started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Triez's goal looked a bit too open when Tobías Gunnarsson came free, but Mathis Basque reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mathis Basque showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobías Gunnarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Ramzy Navarre hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Mathis Basque was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Tobías Gunnarsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tobías Gunnarsson really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Tobías Gunnarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Mathis Basque tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Triez's Mathis Basque proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Triez from getting a goal against them. Mathis Basque made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Tobías Gunnarsson sent off a good shot on target. Mathis Basque stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tobías Gunnarsson's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. After 35 played minutes U21 France got a freekick which was hit by Noël Chiche. Justin Toth kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After 43 played minutes U21 France got a freekick which was hit by Salomon Jestin. In the 45th minute, Tobías Gunnarsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The U21 France fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tobías Gunnarsson to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Triez defense, Salomon Jestin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mathis Basque. The Triez fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mathis Basque should have stopped the shot. Guy Jourdan hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. A collision led to Triez getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Justin Toth hit a great ball. Triez's Mathis Basque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobías Gunnarsson in the 60th minute of play. After having played for 61 minutes, Tobías Gunnarsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. U21 France's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobías Gunnarsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. U21 France's Jean-Marie Bourrée was substituted for Charles-Emmanuel Camilleri. U21 France's Jarod Castillo was substituted for Désiré Alberto. Justin Toth made in the 66th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ramzy Navarre. If Tobías Gunnarsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Triez's Martin Desmars was substituted for Barthélémy Poullain. Triez's attentive Justin Geiger managed to snatch the ball when Jarod Castillo made a throw-in in the 77th minute of the game. The supporters of U21 France booed when Triez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justin Geiger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kapar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Judas Bricaud made in the 91st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Triez's Adrian Forssell. Mathis Basque took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobías Gunnarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew the final whistle, U21 France could leave the field as winners, despite Triez having more of the ball for most of the match.
