In the 18th minute of the match Naboonga Wild Katt FC got a corner. Psycho-Circus's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cayetano Cordaro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Pepe Argento was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Quentin Francis in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 邓真义 saved Psycho-Circus from getting behind. Anton Björnberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kağan Boran in the 26th minute of play. Naboonga Wild Katt FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Andres Calamaro scored to the left of an out of position Anton Björnberg, making the score, 1-1. 邓真义 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Quentin Francis went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Quentin Francis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 邓真义 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Naboonga Wild Katt FC were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after Psycho-Circus's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cayetano Cordaro took the corner. After taking down the ball on Naboonga Wild Katt FC's corner Cayetano Cordaro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and 邓真义 quite easily take care of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Quentin Francis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 邓真义 was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Quentin Francis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal.
