An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Abraão in the 36th minute of play forced Naboonga Wild Katt FC's goalkeeper Eustaquio Orlo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Godfredo Jaen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Norberto Barreto came out and tried to block the shot, but Godfredo Jaen slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 38th minute. Norberto Barreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Jaen in the 41st minute of the match. Eustaquio Orlo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuca Tróia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute Fabinho Sarmento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Orlo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jerônimo Batista made the kick off in the second half. Jerônimo Batista came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Eustaquio Orlo could save by the left post. 60 minutes into the game, Roque Lander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Naboonga Wild Katt FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ekzema F.V. the free kick. In the 60th match minute, Naboonga Wild Katt FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roque Lander to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute Fabinho Sarmento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Orlo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Norberto Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Costante, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Eustaquio Orlo made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Jerônimo Batista sent off a good shot on target. The long shot by Pedro Luís de Lima in the 96th minute really tested Eustaquio Orlo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.
