In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Piedritas FC's goalkeeper Egoi Sonibas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Niolaao Gracia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Sequeira FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Martxel Huemen scored to the left of an out of position Niolaao Gracia, making the score, 2-0. Egoi Sonibas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helder Basurto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chucho Sedeño got free with Niolaao Gracia in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Baraquiel Cachero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Sequeira FC defense, Martxel Huemen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niolaao Gracia. The Sequeira FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niolaao Gracia should have stopped the shot. After having played for 37 minutes, Martxel Huemen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piedritas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martxel Huemen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Martxel Huemen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Furman Mazmela during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 48th minute, Furman Mazmela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Piedritas FC's Dantel Serna shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 49th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Niolaao Gracia but with some difficulty. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Chucho Sedeño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Niolaao Gracia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sequeira FC's Celso Closa got a free kick in the 59th minute. Martxel Huemen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Piedritas FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
