Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Geraldo Tavares started the match with the kick off. Jorginho França received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Abel Paes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 5 minutes, Ramiro Macedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Solemar AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramiro Macedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th minute, Ramiro Macedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. João Paulo de Lara made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Ademar Simões sent off a good shot on target. Geraldo Tavares struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. João Paulo de Lara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Loreto AD. João Paulo de Lara was a little too slow when Geraldo Tavares got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorginho França in the 16th minute of play forced Loreto AD's goalkeeper Abel Paes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 20 played minutes Loreto AD got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Velloso. In the 22nd minute, one of Loreto AD:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Loreto AD. A collision led to Solemar AD getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Lucas Esteves hit a great ball. In the 30th minute Ramiro Macedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Paes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Loreto AD's goalkeeper Abel Paes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Jorginho França managed to get in a good position for a shot. Solemar AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorginho França was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Paes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Ademar Simões came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Loreto AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ademar Simões couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armandinho Lopez during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Solemar AD getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Armandinho Lopez hit a great ball. If Jorginho França had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th match minute, Solemar AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armandinho Lopez to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Magno Martins during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Magno Martins hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Geraldo Tavares made a precise shot to the right of João Paulo de Lara. Solemar AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After a rather tough play, Loreto AD's Geraldo Tavares got a free kick in the 73rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramiro Macedo in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abel Paes saved Loreto AD from getting behind. Abel Paes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Macedo in the 78th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Ramiro Macedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Paes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Ramiro Macedo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Abel Paes, 3-2. A collision led to Loreto AD getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Deivid Araújo hit a great ball. Marcelinho Vander hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Faustão Paranaense might have been able to make a better finish in the 99th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abel Paes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Faustão Paranaense ran back to his position shaking his head. The Loreto AD players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
