Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Gabriel Leal started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute Toninho Diniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Bueno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mundubim SC's goalkeeper Júlio Bueno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Caio Barbosa took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chicão Ortiz. Chicão Ortiz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 13 minutes into the game, Benjamim Motta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nankatsu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mundubim SC the free kick. Benjamim Motta hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the match, Mundubim SC's goalkeeper Júlio Bueno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Koller. In the 27thth minute of the game Gabriel Leal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nankatsu's Chicão Ortiz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Jan Koller had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Júlio Bueno. Mundubim SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan Koller was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Jan Koller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Jan Koller could shoot a difficult shot in the 34th minute, which Júlio Bueno however easily saved by the left post. Júlio Bueno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Koller in the 36th minute of play. Jan Koller succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 37th playminute. When Téo Vergílio fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mundubim SC's protests and gave Téo Vergílio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Mundubim SC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Téo Vergílio hit a great ball. With a little luck, Mundubim SC's Júlio Bueno got control of the ball when Jan Koller tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Júlio Bueno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Koller in the 55th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Nankatsu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamim Motta to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mundubim SC's goalkeeper Júlio Bueno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 66th minute, Jan Koller left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nankatsu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Mundubim SC's Júlio Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Koller in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Jan Koller ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Júlio Bueno was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. After a rather tough play, Nankatsu's Ferenc Mester got a free kick in the 76th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Jan Koller had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Júlio Bueno. Mundubim SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan Koller was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. A sloppy throw-in by Jairo Eger in the 83rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Nankatsu's Aristides Cedro. Júlio Bueno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kléber Lago in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Mundubim SC's goal looked a bit too open when Toninho Diniz came free, but Júlio Bueno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Toninho Diniz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nankatsu's supporters rose to their feet, but Toninho Diniz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Júlio Bueno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
