Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ademar Favoretto took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Platon Losada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Platon Losada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rubinho Paes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gert Vennerkvist in the 11th minute of the match. If Gert Vennerkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Ademar Favoretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute Ademar Favoretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubinho Paes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gert Vennerkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rubinho Paes having to interfere. When Ademar Favoretto came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Baracaja FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ademar Favoretto couldn't finish the play. Baracaja FC's Ademar Favoretto got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th minute Umberto Bittencourt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vintilă Encuțoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ademar Favoretto in the 37th minute of play forced Itamacari AD's goalkeeper Rubinho Paes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Itamacari AD's Rubinho Paes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ademar Favoretto in the 38th minute of play. Ademar Favoretto might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rubinho Paes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ademar Favoretto ran back to his position shaking his head. Ademar Favoretto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rony Secco to make the kick off. If Rony Secco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ademar Favoretto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rubinho Paes having to make a save. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Itamacari AD's goalkeeper Rubinho Paes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rubinho Paes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ademar Favoretto, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Ademar Favoretto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rubinho Paes having to interfere. Itamacari AD's Rubinho Paes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Rezende in the 67th minute of play. Rubinho Paes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ademar Favoretto in the 68th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ademar Favoretto in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rubinho Paes saved Itamacari AD from getting behind. Gert Vennerkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rubinho Paes having to interfere. A collision led to Itamacari AD getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Chicão Arantes hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Itamacari AD's goalkeeper Rubinho Paes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 83rd match minute, Itamacari AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raphael Alvarenga to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Itamacari AD defense, Ademar Favoretto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rubinho Paes. The Itamacari AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rubinho Paes should have stopped the shot. Rubinho Paes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Platon Losada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorginho Barbosa hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Baracaja FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
