ALFA center´s's Ernesto Diniz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Vides in the 4th minute of play. A collision led to ALFA center´s getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Mário Abraão hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Dino Vides managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iauacana's supporters rose to their feet, but Dino Vides was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernesto Diniz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flávio Faria in the 17th minute of play forced ALFA center´s's goalkeeper Ernesto Diniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, ALFA center´s's Júlio de Barros got a free kick in the 18th minute. If Flávio Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mário Abraão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Luiz Gustavo Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mário Abraão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dino Vides charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dino Vides the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th match minute, Iauacana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dino Vides to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lúcio Duarte in the 29th minute of play forced Iauacana's goalkeeper Luiz Gustavo Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Iauacana's goalkeeper Luiz Gustavo Guimarães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mário Abraão. Lúcio Duarte struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Luiz Gustavo Guimarães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ALFA center´s. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Flávio Faria was the one to do the kick off. Lúcio Duarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rogério Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Iauacana's goal looked a bit too open when Mário Abraão came free, but Luiz Gustavo Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flávio Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Ernesto Diniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Flávio Faria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lúcio Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Gustavo Guimarães having to interfere. When Isaltino Carneiro fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Iauacana's protests and gave Isaltino Carneiro a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Iauacana's Isaltino Carneiro got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Luiz Gustavo Guimarães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lúcio Duarte's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Ernesto Diniz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dino Vides in the 80th minute. Lúcio Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Luiz Gustavo Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 91 minutes, Mário Abraão made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Iauacana's Luiz Gustavo Guimarães tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. ALFA center´s were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Iauacana for a fine match.
