Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pastor Osasun got the match started through his kick off. Santos Tiniebra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Flavio Selmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavio Selmo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Domingos Gorosti in the 9th minute. Sixto Claude stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pastor Osasun's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Domingos Gorosti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santos Tiniebra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingos Gorosti might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Selmo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Domingos Gorosti ran back to his position shaking his head. Domingos Gorosti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 27 minutes, Gaspar Sol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cholila FC and the El Facu players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of El Facu booed when Cholila FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Sol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pastor Osasun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Claude having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Fidel Otoniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pastor Osasun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Sixto Claude tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sixto Claude took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmelo Gabrio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Carmelo Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Claude saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pastor Osasun struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Sixto Claude didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Facu. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Santos Tiniebra made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to El Facu getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Gonzalo Jokin hit a great ball. In the 53rdth minute of the game Domingos Gorosti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Facu's Flavio Selmo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Cholila FC booed when El Facu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzalo Jokin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gonzalo Jokin charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gonzalo Jokin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 58th minute Santos Tiniebra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Selmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. One of Cholila FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of El Facu:s goal. The referee gave El Facu a penalty, 64 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bernardino Chucho, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cholila FC's Sixto Claude. 0-1. Sixto Claude made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Carmelo Gabrio sent off a good shot on target. Cholila FC's Sixto Claude proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Cholila FC from getting a goal against them. El Facu's Flavio Selmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Gorosti in the 77th minute of play. After 78 played minutes El Facu got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Osasun. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santos Tiniebra during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st match minute, Cholila FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santos Tiniebra to maneuver through the defense. Domingos Gorosti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Selmo having to interfere. Santos Tiniebra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When German Havier fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cholila FC's protests and gave German Havier a yellow card for diving instead. German Havier hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. El Facu's Flavio Selmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Tiniebra in the 94th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in El Facu's zone, Santos Tiniebra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavio Selmo came out of the goal and Santos Tiniebra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The El Facu supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing El Facu would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
