Joaquin Eztebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Dorio in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Lechudos FC's zone, Teodosio Batista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Eztebe came out of the goal and Teodosio Batista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Talleres de Cba booed when Lechudos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustaquio Ihazintu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delmiro Cai's late challenge caught a Talleres de Cba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delmiro Cai helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Talleres de Cba booed when Lechudos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmiro Cai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodosio Batista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. In the 37th minute of the match Victorio Incendio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joaquin Eztebe skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 38 minutes, Ricardo Crescencio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talleres de Cba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Crescencio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 39th minute, Gogo Eguntsenti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Teodosio Batista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talleres de Cba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Joaquin Eztebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodosio Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dalmacio Jaizki to strike the kick off in the second half. Sergio Abar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delmiro Cai kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Teodosio Batista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Eztebe having to interfere. Teodosio Batista might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Eztebe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teodosio Batista ran back to his position shaking his head. Edelmiro Misael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmacio Jaizki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delmiro Cai hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Teodosio Batista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Eztebe having to interfere. A collision led to Lechudos FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Eustaquio Ihazintu hit a great ball. If Eduardo Dorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Lechudos FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Talleres de Cba were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
