Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Filomeno Boni started the match with the kick off. When El Viejo Truco's Ariel Sedeni in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rojos F C's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Rojos F C's Roman Hodei got a free kick in the 6th minute. Baldomiro Goito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samuel Benitez's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Ariel Sedeni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baldomiro Goito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Benitez in the 18th minute of the match. El Viejo Truco's Cosme Chuan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Boni in the 21st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Matias Saturnin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rojos F C's supporters rose to their feet, but Matias Saturnin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cosme Chuan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Filomeno Boni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Hodei could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Cosme Chuan made a huge save. Cosme Chuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno Boni, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute Ariel Sedeni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomiro Goito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Roman Hodei was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rojos F C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Viejo Truco the free kick. During the 47th minute of the match Roman Hodei completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Roman Hodei a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 48 played minutes Rojos F C got a freekick which was hit by Roman Hodei. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

55 minutes into the match, Rojos F C's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Benitez came free, but Baldomiro Goito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes in the game, Ariel Sedeni fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Baldomiro Goito having to interfere. If Ariel Sedeni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, one of El Viejo Truco:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for El Viejo Truco. With a little luck, Rojos F C's Baldomiro Goito got control of the ball when Ariel Sedeni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baldomiro Goito made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Ariel Sedeni sent off a good shot on target. If Matias Saturnin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. Ariel Sedeni might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Baldomiro Goito. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ariel Sedeni ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to El Viejo Truco getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Bruno Gregory hit a great ball. Matias Saturnin struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Cosme Chuan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rojos F C. Filiberto Basajaun's late challenge caught a Rojos F C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filiberto Basajaun helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to El Viejo Truco getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Filiberto Basajaun hit a great ball. Ariel Sedeni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 101st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rojos F C fans cheered their team off the field, for while El Viejo Truco had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
