Tiburcio Gelacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31 minutes, Enrique Bernad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galvez AFC and the San Andreas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd minute, Enrique Bernad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 minutes, Leonides Urbes made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. San Andreas's Antonio Ralondo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th match minute, San Andreas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Cordeiro to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Reynaldo Mitxaut to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Samuel Sabino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The San Andreas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 55th minute, Samuel Sabino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 58 minutes of play, San Andreas's Reynaldo Mitxaut made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiburcio Gelacio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Reynaldo Mitxaut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. If Norberto Marino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Galvez AFC's Modesto Petrigai got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Galvez AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Marino came free, but Tiburcio Gelacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiburcio Gelacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Sabino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Galvez AFC's zone, Javier Peruxu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiburcio Gelacio came out of the goal and Javier Peruxu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Samuel Sabino managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Andreas's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Sabino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiburcio Gelacio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute, Samuel Sabino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiburcio Gelacio was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. San Andreas had played much better football throughout.
