Jonatan Montae showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonides Urbes, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The Galvez AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. El Barza FC were winning 0-1.

Galvez AFC's Leonides Urbes got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Leonides Urbes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mario Tibalt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Tiburcio Gelacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. El Barza FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Galvez AFC's much stronger midfield.
