Dante Koldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigio Mergildo in the 5th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Romanticos del Tiki Tiki's Santo Barto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Koldo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Santo Barto got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 17 minutes into the game, Santo Barto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Dante Koldo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Angel Quintana's late challenge caught a Tacuarendí's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angel Quintana helped the player get up and apologised. Angel Quintana hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Santo Barto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Dante Koldo made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elvio Incendio in the 31st minute of play forced Romanticos del Tiki Tiki's goalkeeper Eulalio Mano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Palben struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Eulalio Mano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tacuarendí. Santo Barto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Dante Koldo made a huge save. After taking down the ball on Romanticos del Tiki Tiki's corner Baldomero Sidoro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dante Koldo quite easily take care of the ball. After having played for 42 minutes, Elvio Incendio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tacuarendí's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elvio Incendio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Remigio Mergildo to strike the kick off in the second half. Santo Barto struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Dante Koldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Romanticos del Tiki Tiki. After a rather tough play, Tacuarendí's Jacobo Justin got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 57 minutes of play, Romanticos del Tiki Tiki's Santo Barto made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Koldo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 62nd minute, Santo Barto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Romanticos del Tiki Tiki fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 67th minute Santo Barto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Koldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Romanticos del Tiki Tiki's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Cai came free, but Eulalio Mano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eulalio Mano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Cai, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute, Remigio Mergildo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Koldo was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. The audience was convinced that Santo Barto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Koldo was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. After 79 played minutes Romanticos del Tiki Tiki got a freekick which was hit by Domingo Baleren. If Edgardo Cai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 88th minute Christian Llorienzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Koldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elvio Incendio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Eulalio Mano made a huge save. Romanticos del Tiki Tiki were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Tacuarendí for a fine match.
