After a rather tough play, Sorrento FC's Nunez Tanio got a free kick in the 15th minute. 23 minutes into the game, Domingo Baleren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Romanticos del Tiki Tiki's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sorrento FC the free kick. In the 23rd match minute, Romanticos del Tiki Tiki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingo Baleren to maneuver through the defense. Eulalio Mano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enzo Avellaneda went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 31st minute, Remigio Mergildo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damian Cesario was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santo Barto got free with Damian Cesario in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The goalkeeper, Damian Cesario, was totally fooled by Romanticos del Tiki Tiki's Baldomero Sidoro, who 45 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enzo Avellaneda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Diego Ariando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santo Barto in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damian Cesario prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 60th minute Remigio Mergildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Cesario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Sorrento FC booed when Romanticos del Tiki Tiki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Barto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enzo Avellaneda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eulalio Mano having to interfere. Baldomero Sidoro lost his temper 67 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The goalkeeper, Eulalio Mano, was totally fooled by Sorrento FC's Rodrigo Dino, who 69 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 87th minute, Romanticos del Tiki Tiki's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Diego Ariando fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Sorrento FC's Enzo Avellaneda got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Romanticos del Tiki Tiki's Victorio Hegoi got a free kick in the 90th minute. Damian Cesario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Barto in the 94th minute of play. A collision led to Sorrento FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Arnoldo Procopio hit a great ball. Santo Barto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Cesario having to interfere.
