Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Östen Koch in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benjamin Arenstedt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Östen Koch in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamin Arenstedt saved Nol IFK from getting behind. 10 minutes into the game, Folke Hjeltman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nikkes Pöjkar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nol IFK the free kick. In the 10th minute, Folke Hjeltman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Nol IFK's Bertil Jernberg in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nikkes Pöjkar's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Östen Koch in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamin Arenstedt saved Nol IFK from getting behind. Nol IFK's Benjamin Arenstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rune Stigen in the 26th minute of play. Rune Stigen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Arenstedt having to interfere. Nikkes Pöjkar's Östen Koch got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Nikkes Pöjkar's zone, Bertil Jernberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan Bern came out of the goal and Bertil Jernberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bertil Jernberg hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the game, Jens-Erik Trillkott was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nol IFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nikkes Pöjkar the free kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Östen Koch to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Nol IFK's Philip Rolfsson got a free kick in the 55th minute. 60 minutes into the game, Örjan Morat threw the ball into play from the sideline. Nol IFK's Aron Torsberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Nikkes Pöjkar's Jan Bern played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Jernberg in the 61st minute of play. Rune Stigen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Benjamin Arenstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nikkes Pöjkar fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Rune Stigen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nikkes Pöjkar's supporters rose to their feet, but Rune Stigen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Arenstedt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Östen Koch's late challenge caught a Nol IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Östen Koch helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Nikkes Pöjkar's Östen Koch got a free kick in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Christoffer Offendahl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nikkes Pöjkar's supporters rose to their feet, but Christoffer Offendahl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Arenstedt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With 99 minutes on the clock, Elliott Odin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 100th minute, Elliott Odin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Nol IFK had played much better football throughout.
