Alberigo Burelli kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. ssolimpia's Emanuele Cipolla shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 27th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Domenico Antonangeli but with some difficulty. When Fausto Corleone came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the ssolimpia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Corleone couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the match, Bruno Alonzi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Domenico Antonangeli, 2-0. With a little luck, cagliari's Domenico Antonangeli got control of the ball when Cesare Di Paola tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carter Del Bello kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Bruno Alonzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Domenico Antonangeli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domenico Antonangeli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Alonzi in the 67th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bruno Alonzi in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domenico Antonangeli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ssolimpia's Bruno Alonzi got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Demetrio Fiore hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Emiliano Mazzei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Alonzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domenico Antonangeli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bruno Alonzi ran back to his position shaking his head. Christian Matteucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Domenico Antonangeli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Bruno Alonzi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domenico Antonangeli was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. ssolimpia's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
