Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) CS Darmanesti's Horia Zaharia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Constantin Aalexoaiei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horia Zaharia in the 4th minute of play. CS Darmanesti's Horia Zaharia got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Petru Stroescu came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the CS Darmanesti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petru Stroescu couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Flalex's zone, Petru Stroescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Constantin Aalexoaiei came out of the goal and Petru Stroescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute, FC Flalex's Dumitru Nasta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Octav Chitimia. Octav Chitimia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Petru Stroescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantin Aalexoaiei having to interfere. When Petrică Zbârlea fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Flalex's protests and gave Petrică Zbârlea a yellow card for diving instead. After 25 played minutes FC Flalex got a freekick which was hit by Petrică Zbârlea. Rareș Mandoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, Iordache Măliță left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CS Darmanesti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. CS Darmanesti's Iurie Belu got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dragoş Lupoaia hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rareș Mandoiu was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Iurie Belu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Constantin Aalexoaiei was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. In the 58th minute, Gheorghe Ştiopul left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CS Darmanesti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Constantin Aalexoaiei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petru Stroescu in the 63rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petru Stroescu in the 65th minute of play forced FC Flalex's goalkeeper Constantin Aalexoaiei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Octav Chitimia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rareș Mandoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Petru Stroescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantin Aalexoaiei having to interfere. Răzvan Petrescu hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. If Petru Stroescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rareș Mandoiu struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Octav Chitimia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Flalex. Laurențiu Zdrenghea took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Octav Chitimia. Octav Chitimia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. FC Flalex's Constantin Aalexoaiei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horia Zaharia in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded CS Darmanesti left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Flalex.
