Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Triệu Hung took the kick off in the first half of the match. Trần Minh-ha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Nguyễn Mai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nguyễn Mai in the 6th minute of play forced PADFC's goalkeeper Vũ Ho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mong Cai's goalkeeper Chung Nhật Minh, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 8th match minute, Mong Cai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trần Tran to maneuver through the defense. Trần Minh-ha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Trần Tran kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Trần Minh-ha in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vũ Ho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Trần Minh-ha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vũ Ho having to interfere. After having played for 24 minutes, Trần Minh-ha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mong Cai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Trần Minh-ha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Mong Cai fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Mong Cai's Nguyễn Mai looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the PADFC defense, Nguyễn Mai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vũ Ho. The PADFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vũ Ho should have stopped the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Trần Minh-ha notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of PADFC's Vũ Ho. Vũ Ho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 47 minutes into the match, PADFC's goal looked a bit too open when Trần Minh-ha came free, but Vũ Ho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Trần Minh-ha made a kick off. Nguyễn Mai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trần Minh-ha received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vũ Ho came out and tried to block the shot, but Trần Minh-ha slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 58th minute. A hard shot 66 in the game by Nguyễn Mai from a close distance when the talented Vũ Ho managed to make a qualified save. PADFC's players were relieved. Trần Tran kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Triệu Hung scored 1-4 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chung Nhật Minh, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Trần Minh-ha did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-6 to the left of a surprised Vũ Ho 84 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Trần Minh-ha in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vũ Ho saved PADFC from getting behind. Chung Nhật Minh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lê Hanh, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The PADFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mong Cai were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
