The audience was convinced that Amos Kinsey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jayden Clinton was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. In the 40th minute, Bartholemew Unicomb got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bartholemew Unicomb to make the kick off. After 58 minutes, Amos Kinsey made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Gunyah's Jayden Clinton tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Russel Peach in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Virgin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bartholemew Unicomb might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Virgin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bartholemew Unicomb ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Boyce Ambrose in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 70th minute, Bartholemew Unicomb left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gunyah fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Bartholemew Unicomb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th match minute, Gunyah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Russel Peach to maneuver through the defense. When Gunyah's Bartholemew Unicomb in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 89th minute, Richard Mosley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th match minute, Duffield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Bielski to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the match, Boyce Ambrose notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Duffield's Tommy Virgin. Tommy Virgin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gunyah's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
