Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Randolph Hunn took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bruce Mackney in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Barnes Hunter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 8 minutes into the match, Raymond James had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jamie Markwell. T&G OCEAN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raymond James was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 11th minute, Christopher Orvad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to T&G OCEAN getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Christopher Orvad hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the game, Edison Huff was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. T&G OCEAN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Red Devils United the free kick. After 22 played minutes T&G OCEAN got a freekick which was hit by Edison Huff. Bern Pears could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Jamie Markwell made a huge save. In the 26th minute, Boyde Atterton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the game, Bruno Arkinstall recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jamie Markwell. Bruno Arkinstall showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. In the 31st minute, Bern Pears ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jamie Markwell was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 34th minute Pearce Trenoweth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barnes Hunter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Red Devils United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jack Hollingworth was slow to take the kick. During this time T&G OCEAN's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Jack Hollingworth got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Barnes Hunter quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Arkinstall in the 40th minute of play forced T&G OCEAN's goalkeeper Jamie Markwell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Bern Pears had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jamie Markwell. T&G OCEAN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bern Pears was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Jamie Markwell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Randolph Hunn in the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bruce Mackney to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Edison Huff's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Barnes Hunter was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. After 56 played minutes Red Devils United got a freekick which was hit by Roy Mudie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Randolph Hunn in the 60th minute of play forced T&G OCEAN's goalkeeper Jamie Markwell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jamie Markwell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Arkinstall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Arkinstall in the 63rd minute of play forced T&G OCEAN's goalkeeper Jamie Markwell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jamie Markwell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bern Pears, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Darrell Hunter hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Jamie Markwell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Randolph Hunn in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Randolph Hunn in the 76th minute of play forced T&G OCEAN's goalkeeper Jamie Markwell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Red Devils United getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Randolph Hunn hit a great ball. Red Devils United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Bruce Mackney scored to the left of an out of position Barnes Hunter, making the score, 5-3. After a rather tough play, Red Devils United's Archie Clubley got a free kick in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Randolph Hunn in the 89th minute of play forced T&G OCEAN's goalkeeper Jamie Markwell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. T&G OCEAN's Jamie Markwell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bern Pears in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Russel Crane was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. T&G OCEAN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Red Devils United the free kick. Russel Crane kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After 94 played minutes T&G OCEAN got a freekick which was hit by Bruce Mackney. Bern Pears recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jamie Markwell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Randolph Hunn, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. T&G OCEAN's Jamie Markwell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Randolph Hunn in the 99th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Red Devils United fully deserved thier win.
