The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th of the match, Cirilo Arlo tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Amador Iztal got in the way and made a wonderful save. Club Atlético Burzaco's Amador Iztal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohieddine Ayari in the 8th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Iker Atarrabi could shoot a difficult shot in the 9th minute, which Amador Iztal however easily saved by the left post. After some careless play in the Club Atlético Burzaco defense, Mohieddine Ayari kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amador Iztal. The Club Atlético Burzaco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amador Iztal should have stopped the shot. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Silvestre Natanael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Elija in the 16th minute of play. Silvestre Natanael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Berdoi in the 19th minute of play. Amador Iztal came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Mohieddine Ayari. But to his dismay, Mohieddine Ayari quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. A collision led to BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Cirilo Arlo hit a great ball. If Mohieddine Ayari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Amador Iztal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohieddine Ayari, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mohieddine Ayari in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amador Iztal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35th minute Mohieddine Ayari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Iztal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atlético Burzaco's Amador Iztal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohieddine Ayari in the 37th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Club Atlético Burzaco fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! After having played for 46 minutes, Mohieddine Ayari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohieddine Ayari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chris Velde hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Berdoi in the 49th minute of play forced BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Silvestre Natanael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mohieddine Ayari was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mohieddine Ayari in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amador Iztal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 56th minute, Mohieddine Ayari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amador Iztal was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. If Mohieddine Ayari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohieddine Ayari in the 59th minute of play forced Club Atlético Burzaco's goalkeeper Amador Iztal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB made a substitution. Luisinho Xande replaced Arnulfo Ritchie. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Burzaco's zone, Cirilo Arlo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amador Iztal came out of the goal and Cirilo Arlo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amador Iztal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohieddine Ayari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Burzaco's Elias Dunixi got a free kick in the 77th minute. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Octavio Froylan was substituted for Cirilo Arlo. Amador Iztal came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Mohieddine Ayari. But to his dismay, Mohieddine Ayari quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 85th minute, Mohieddine Ayari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amador Iztal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohieddine Ayari in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético Burzaco's goalkeeper Amador Iztal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Amador Iztal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohieddine Ayari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Octavio Froylan took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amador Iztal. Amador Iztal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. The supporters of Club Atlético Burzaco booed when BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Sandalio didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Silvestre Natanael got control of the ball when Segundo Berdoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB had played much better football throughout.
