Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sven-Edvin Jansson started the match with the kick off. Abel Ribeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, GuateFortín's Efrain Peredes got a free kick in the 5th minute. Denis Gorri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Ribeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. GuateFortín's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Efrain Peredes in the 9th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Sven-Edvin Jansson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Denis Gorri, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Noqueces FC's Benicio Izquierdo got a free kick in the 20th minute. A throw-in in the 22nd minute of the game was made by Máximo Perrone with Hector Ventura as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. A collision led to Noqueces FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ildefonso Olentzaro hit a great ball. Sven-Edvin Jansson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Denis Gorri made a huge save. GuateFortín's Nery Pumpido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Cordera in the 31st minute of play. In the 42nd minute Abel Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Gorri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute Teodoro Cordera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nery Pumpido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for GuateFortín! In the 49th minute there was a penalty for Noqueces FC. Fabricio Sal stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nery Pumpido. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teodoro Cordera to make the kick off. The supporters of GuateFortín booed when Noqueces FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jurand Filanowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Edvin Jansson in the 55th minute of play forced Noqueces FC's goalkeeper Denis Gorri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute Sven-Edvin Jansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Gorri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodoro Cordera's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Nery Pumpido skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Efrain Peredes during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 63 played minutes GuateFortín got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Peredes. Noqueces FC made a substitution. Conrado Valiente replaced Isidoro Luar. GuateFortín's Erick Braun was substituted for Vali Cornoiu. Noqueces FC's Fernando Artaldo was substituted for Teodoro Cordera. With a little luck, GuateFortín's Nery Pumpido got control of the ball when Fernando Artaldo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Benicio Izquierdo came free, but Nery Pumpido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Noqueces FC's Fernando Artaldo in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GuateFortín's goalie prevented a goal. With an all-out effort, Noqueces FC's Nery Pumpido threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Benicio Izquierdo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ildefonso Olentzaro got free with Nery Pumpido in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 81 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Artaldo came free, but Nery Pumpido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GuateFortín's Nery Pumpido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save GuateFortín from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute, Sven-Edvin Jansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GuateFortín fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Sarbelio Ayala hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Fernando Artaldo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Nery Pumpido made a huge save.
