In the 25th minute Zico Zellier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nizam Şafak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nizam Şafak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zico Zellier in the 29th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Zico Zellier took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Nizam Şafak to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 34 minutes, Zula Bugno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD SHETTANI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zula Bugno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nizam Şafak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zico Zellier, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. A collision led to CD SHETTANI getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ülo Nõmmoja hit a great ball. The supporters of CD SHETTANI booed when GuateFortín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Ocampo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wilbert Ugalde took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nery Pumpido. GuateFortín's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time.
