Koulis Mestas came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Margaret Atwood Impact's Hylton Brookes. But to his dismay, Hylton Brookes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathew Gunter in the 10th minute of play forced Mánthia's goalkeeper Koulis Mestas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Mánthia's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Mitchell came free, but Koulis Mestas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christopher Love showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Dicastillo in the 14th minute of the match. Kaineus Giannacopulos kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. A collision led to Mánthia getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Iphitos Gravari hit a great ball. Jim Mitchell struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Koulis Mestas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Margaret Atwood Impact. Koulis Mestas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Dalton in the 25th minute of the match. In the 25thth minute of the game Michael Dalton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mánthia's Koulis Mestas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mánthia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 28 minutes into the match, Margaret Atwood Impact's goal looked a bit too open when Themis Pantelakos came free, but Christopher Love reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Margaret Atwood Impact booed when Mánthia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dionisio Dicastillo got free with Christopher Love in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christopher Love made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dionisio Dicastillo in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute Mánthia were awarded a corner. Fryderyk Podwojski went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 44th minute Michael Dalton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Koulis Mestas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Margaret Atwood Impact were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after Mánthia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jim Mitchell took the corner. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iphitos Gravari got free with Christopher Love in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Margaret Atwood Impact were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Dionisio Dicastillo made the kick off in the second half. Margaret Atwood Impact's Christopher Love played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iphitos Gravari in the 51st minute of play. Christopher Love made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iphitos Gravari in the 56th minute of play. In the 57thth minute of the game Dionisio Dicastillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Margaret Atwood Impact's Christopher Love was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christopher Love took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iphitos Gravari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Margaret Atwood Impact's Michael Dalton slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Koulis Mestas. That made the score 0-5 after 86 minutes of play. Ermegildo Orti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Mánthia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Margaret Atwood Impact were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
